On January eleventh, Pluralone tweeted, “Monday.” On Monday the thirteenth, Pluralone tweeted, “Well… we do have some extremely enormous and energizing news to impart to everybody, except lamentably, we’ve been advised to stand by only somewhat more. Have confidence it merits your understanding, and we’re certain you’ll be as energized as we may be. Before long.”
Yoshbag posted about John Frusciante supplanting Josh Klinghoffer on Reddit, “I feel like we won’t see much Josh stuff any longer, perhaps that is simply me, however. They as of now didn’t play a lot of that stuff, however, it appeared as though Goodbye Angels nearly turned into a finish of show/reprise staple. Not certain on the off chance that it will be under John, however.
Last time he left he said he didn’t care for OHM at all and wouldn’t play any of the tunes from that (disillusioning that there’s no way of them playing those since I truly like that collection, not unreasonably they played quite a bit of it, regardless), yet I get it relies upon how he feels about the music they discharged with Josh. Perhaps he’ll like it more since he’s worked with Josh outside of RHCP and has a closer association with him, not at all like Dave Navarro.”
NebStark reacted, “Navarro had a totally unique style, though as you state John and Josh are tight – they truly regard each other and the music they make. There’s that pic of John holding vinyl duplicates of the two collections so I’d have thought there would be a couple in there he could furrow to.
Glance Around, Goodbye Hooray, Even You Brutus, We Turn Red, Sick Love, Feasting on the Flowers, Detroit and Encore I would state are models where Josh has been vigorously affected by Frusciante’s style. It would be a disgrace for John not to perceive that. He’s unquestionably more full-grown and zen than he was around then as well.
Without Josh, there would be no RHCP. It would be discourteous for them to simply swipe regardless of that and imagine those 10 years never happened IMO. I’d truly prefer to hear Frusciante’s turn on specific tracks like Meet Me at the Corner, Raindance Maggy, and Angels.”
